15. intervention_screening: "yes" | "no"
    "yes" if the INTERVENTION being tested IS a screening/assessment tool to identify palliative care needs (Surprise Question, SPICT, distress thermometer). Routine outcome measurement does NOT count.

16. intervention_palliative: "yes" | "no"
    "yes" if the intervention IS palliative care consultation/referral/service delivery (early PC consultation, embedded PC team, triggered PC referral).     "yes" for cost-effectiveness, healthcare utilization, cost analysis, hospital readmissions, length of stay as cost proxy.

24. outcome_other: "yes" | "no"
